About Fatima Muhammad – Founder of Caring Allies

With years of hands-on experience as both a Support Worker and Compliance Specialist, I founded Caring Allies with a clear mission: to provide exceptional, person-centred in-home disability support services that meet and exceed all NDIS Compliance Requirements.

My professional journey includes not only direct support work with participants of all abilities but also formal studies in Compliance and Quality Auditing. This unique combination gives me a powerful edge that sets Caring Allies apart from other NDIS providers. Where many providers struggle with understanding or keeping up with the ever-changing and complex NDIS Practice Standards, I bring both Lived Experience and Academic Knowledge to ensure our services operate with full regulatory compliance—at the Highest Level.

Because of my background, participants and their families can rest assured knowing that Caring Allies is a business that not only Meets the Standards—but sets them. I personally oversee and implement policies and procedures that ensure our team delivers services with transparency, accountability, and safety—every single time.

At Caring Allies, compliance isn’t just a requirement—it’s our promise.

Acknowledgment of Country

Acknowledgment of Country

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and live, and recognise their continuing connection to land, water, and community. We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We affirm the importance of their cultural heritage and practices, and recognise that sovereignty was never ceded. It always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
