Our NDIS Service Pricing
At Caring Allies, we are committed to transparent and fair pricing for all our services, adhering to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for 2025-2026. The prices listed below are the maximum hourly rates set by the NDIS and are effective from 1 July 2025.

Daily Tasks / Shared Living | 0115 – Assistance with Daily Life Tasks in a Group or Shared Living Arrangement | From $58.03/hr | Support for participants in shared or independent living to develop daily living skills. Rates vary depending on support intensity and day. |
Community Participation | 0125 – Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities | $70.23/hr | Supports for social and recreational participation, volunteering, or community engagement. Weekend and holiday rates apply. |
Household Tasks | 0120 – Assistance with Household Tasks | $58.03/hr | Includes house cleaning, laundry, meal prep, and basic home maintenance. Yard maintenance may differ slightly. |
Development of Life Skills | 0117 – Skills Development and Training | $80.06/hr | Training to increase independence, budgeting, cooking, and social skills. Remote/very remote loading applies. |
Innovative Community Participation | 0116 – Innovative Community Participation | As Quoted | Focuses on creative and community-based skill building. Price determined by agreement with participant. |
Assist – Life Stage / Transition | 0106 – Life Transition Planning, Mentoring, Peer Support and Individual Skill Development | $80.06/hr | Support during key life transitions such as moving home, starting a job, or developing independence. |
Group / Centre Activities | 0136 – Group and Centre Based Activities | From $35.12/hr per participant (1:2 ratio) | Includes group activities and programs. Centre capital cost: $2.59/hr per participant. |
Overnight Care (Sleepover) | – Night-Time Sleepover Support | $281.86/night | Includes up to 2 hours of active support. Additional hours charged at applicable weekday/weekend rate. |
Assist – Travel / Transport | 0108 – Assistance with Travel / Transport Arrangements | $70.23/hr (labour) | Time spent transporting participants is charged at the same rate as personal support. Non-labour costs: $0.99/km (standard vehicle) or $2.76/km (modified vehicle). |
💬 Notes
- All Caring Allies prices are in line with NDIA’s 2025–2026 NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
- Weekend, evening, and public holiday rates are calculated according to NDIA guidelines.
- Travel, provider non-labour costs, and remote area loadings may apply where relevant.
- All supports must be reasonable and necessary as per the NDIS Act.
